Onion Mushroom Packet
- 0.5 Onion
- 0.5 cups Sliced Mushrooms
- 0.5 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 0.5 teaspoons Minced Garlic
Cook Day
- 0.5 Package frozen french fries
- 3 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- 0.5 cups dill pickles
- 4 cooked bacon, slices (optional)
- Sauce (Big Mac sauce, ranch dressing, thousand islands, etc.)
Prep Day
- Chop onion. Add onion and mushrooms to a large foil packet. Add next 2 ingredients and seal edges of foil.
- Season patties with steak seasoning and store in a container with a lid.
Cook Day
- Grill patties and foil packet.
- Cook fries according to package directions.
- Build bowls with chopped burger patties, mushroom/onion, lettuce, pickles, bacon, and ranch dressing.
