Ingredients
    Gravy Mix
  • 1.5 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 80 grams Sliced Mushrooms
  • .5 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 teaspoons Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley (or Thyme)

  • 1/2 pound Frozen Meatballs
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Starch
  • 2-3 Potatoes (or rice)
  • Frozen or fresh vegetables (Broccoli, brussel sprouts, asparagus)
Instructions
    Prep Day
  1. Gravy MixAdd all ingredients to a jar or bowl with lid. This is the gravy mix to be used on cooking day.
  2. Cook Day
  3. Cook MeatballsAdd meatballs and gravy mix to pot and heat on low until cooked through.
  4. Thicken GravyMix cornstarch with a tablespoon or two of the pan juices and add to pot stirring gently. *For extra thick gravy, add 2T cornstarch to 2 T water (1/4 cup potato flakes and mix into slow cooker last 30 minutes of cook time if using slow cooker)
  5. Cook Sides

    Boil potatoes for mash, microwave for baked, or cook rice. Cook vegetables according to package or steam over boiling potatoes.
